About the job

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Founder's Associate to work closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and contribute to key business functions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, can navigate ambiguity, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is eager to make a meaningful impact on the company's growth.

You will work directly with leadership on a wide range of strategic, operational, and administrative initiatives. You will have a unique opportunity to gain exposure to multiple aspects of the business, from operations and finance to marketing and HR, making this an ideal role for someone looking to grow into a future leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Initiatives: Support the CEO in executing high-impact projects, conducting market research, and providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

• Operations & Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in company processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity and scalability.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across different teams (finance, sales, account management, and product) to ensure smooth execution of company-wide initiatives.

• Investor & Stakeholder Management: Assist in preparing investor reports, pitch decks, and fundraising materials.

• Financial & Performance Analysis: Help track key business metrics, build models, and support financial planning and analysis.

• Office & Culture Management: Oversee office operations, coordinate company events, and ensure a positive and productive work environment.

• Administrative & HR operations: Assist with recruitment, onboarding new hires, and maintaining company policies and processes.

• Special Projects: Take ownership of ad hoc projects as required, supporting the founders in various business-critical areas.

Qualifications/Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, startups, or a high-growth business is essential.

• Bachelor's degree from a top tier institution is preferred or any other evidence of exceptional potential.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Can think strategically and execute fast.

• Excited by a “no two days are the same” role.

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to work independently and thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Excel and strong aptitude for data-driven problem solving.
