We continue to see significant demand from construction services as they are forced to accept longer payment terms from their customers creating cashflow issues.

The average duration of our lending increased as businesses increasingly require longer-term funding.

Our facility was used to finance items ranging from HMRC VAT bills, packaging materials for a chocolate factory, textiles from India, a motorcycle fleet, payroll for construction staff, last mile delivery costs and second-hand vehicles.
